See the Cross of Christ more clearly

by Pastor Pete Panitzke on September 28, 2020

Through our regular reading of God's Word, we see the Suffering Servant more clearly. Watch the 2 minute devotion here.  In our Old Testament reading (find Isaiah 49-50 here) the prophet provides more details about the Suffering Servant. In the New Testament reading (find 1 Peter 4 here)  the Apostle Peter reminds us that in this life we too shall suffer, confident that glory awaits us: "Since Christ suffered in his body, arm yourselves also with the same attitude" (1 Peter 4:1).

All of us need to better understand this tragic phenomenon and how to respond. The event will also be livestreamed. Save the date!
