Arica graduated from UW-Milwaukee in 2018 with a bachelor's degree in Communication. Her love for ministry began in early 2021 when she came to work for St. Paul's. Arica works closely with Pastor Pete on weekly worship projects including the church worship folder and worship slides. She also oversees the entire St. Paul's church database system and the St. Paul's website. Outside of ministry, Arica has a passion for fitness and reading.

Arica married Jordan Wichman in June 2025 and are expecting their first child.
