Kid's Club

Registration

This form needs to be completed for every student enrolling in Kid's Club (3K - Grade 5). For children in the 3K, 4K, or 5K classes, the child must have reached the designated age by Sept. 1, 2022. For example, a child registering for 3K must have turned 3 by September 1. Families may use one form for multiple children. Register up to four children with this form. Kid's Club takes place every Sunday, 9:30 - 10:30 am.
