Purpose: Create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone attending services at our Main Church.

Responsibilities:

• Greet attendees as they enter and exit the church.
• Open doors for guests and provide a friendly greeting.
• Offer information about the church and direct visitors to appropriate locations.
• Attend a training session to prepare for this role.

Impact: As the first point of contact, you set the tone for the worship experience, making guests feel at home and appreciated.

Purpose: Extend hospitality to those attending services at our Bridge campuses.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve attendees with a smile as they enter and exit the building.
• Open doors and assist with directions or information.
• Attend a training meeting to become familiar with the role and campus layout.

Impact: By ensuring everyone is greeted warmly, you help foster a community spirit that encourages people to return and get involved.

Purpose: Foster a friendly, orderly, and safe worship environment for the people who come to church.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and members coming into church. 
• Offer help for those looking for a place to seat or those who have questions. 
• Manage worship folders and connection cards during and in between services.

Purpose: Ensure a smooth and safe arrival for all attendees from the moment they drive onto the property.

Responsibilities:

• Greet people in the parking lot and guide them to available spots.
• Provide directions and answer any initial questions.
• Assist guests in navigating safely to the building.

Impact: You’re the first face visitors see, and your assistance helps them feel comfortable and ready for worship.

Purpose: To ensure a welcoming environment for members and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee and set up coffee station.
• Retrieve and display snack and food items in a manner that is appealing and easily accessible. 
• Clean up after service concludes and return all items to their designated areas. 
• Wash, dry, and store all utensils and dishes used.
• Advise the Team Lead when items require reordering.

Purpose: Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children during Sunday morning worship services.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in the nursery at both the main church and the Bridge campus.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging environment for young children.
• This can be a paid position.

Impact: By offering trustworthy childcare, you enable parents to focus on worship and spiritual growth, knowing their children are in good hands.

Purpose: Maintain our kitchen facilities to support hospitality efforts during worship services and events.

Responsibilities:

• Keep kitchens organized, clean, and well-stocked.
• Support meal preparation and service by maintaining an efficient kitchen environment.

Impact: A well-maintained kitchen allows us to serve food and refreshments effectively, enhancing our hospitality and community gatherings.
