Love changes the world!
Christ's love has certainly changed your world if you believe that Jesus died for you. His love is unconditional. He doesn't love you more on days you feel you have done well and love you less on days when you feel like a failure. It is constant: the same yesterday, and today and forever (Hebrews 13:8). He loved you on Good Friday when he died for you and he loves you the same today. That love changes our worlds!
Love changed the world at the time of the Apostles. The world around them noticed: "See how they love one another." The world around them experienced that love... for the unloved, the orphan, the widow, the sick and the dying.
Love will change the world around us too. This is what our message series for the last few weeks is leading up to... to act in love. The world will change as we personally:
Look for Hope (Sanctuary message or Bridge message)
Find New Identity (Sanctuary message or Bridge message)
Build a Community (Sanctuary message or Bridge message)
Live with Purpose (Sanctuary message or Bridge message)
Act in Love (Read 1 John 3:11-20 in preparation for the message)
This weekend we will be asking God to give each of us a "holy discontent" that leads us to act in love to respond to some need that we see around us.
Worship in person or online
We hope you can join us in person at any of our six worship services, offering three distinct worship styles or languages. Learn more here.
If you can't join us in person, join us Live at the Bridge here on Sundays at 10:15 or watch any of our archived messages here.
Lutheran Elementary School
It is our prayer that our school ministry can touch the lives of many more children in our congregation and community. We don't want finances to keep any child from benefiting from this ministry. Not only have we entered the Parental Choice programs, but we offer financial aid to those who don't qualify for Parental Choice but still need help with tuition. Come and tour our school... ask questions... we are worth a visit. Email School Administrator Seth Fitzsimmons ( ) to learn more and to schedule a visit. Share this invitation with a friend or neighbor.
Sunday Youth Ministry
Remember too that our Sunday Youth Ministry from 9:15 to 10:15 am is here to help every parent draw their children closer to Christ. Sunday mornings we offer programs for 3K - 8th grade. Sunday evenings we offer a Senior High ministry. Email Director of Discipleship Joel Nelson for more information ( ).
God bless your service to the Savior today, wherever you are, as you act in love, fulfilling God's purpose "to bring every person in our area of influence closer to Christ" (St. Paul's Mission Statement).
Your brother in Christ,
Love changes the world!
